Sabbatical

Today I felt so much like back to college when I went around getting no-dues from various departments in Wipro - library, foreign travels, technical infrastructure team etc. Actually the process of no-dues in case of sabbatical is not automated here. In normal case of separation, its very much automated. But it's ok. Definitely it was much less painful to get no-dues here. Every personnel has an SAP (ERP) terminal where they check the status of anything pending with an employee. If the SAP system shows "nothing due", these people give a clearance. Facts stated simply.
